H+E conveyor belt systems provide for the smooth transportation of excavated material during tunnel construction - in mechanical as well as in conventional driven tunnels. Our technology is in use world wide. We therefore have to consider extreme temperature differences already right from the beginning of the design works.
Whether -40°C in the winter, or +40°C in the summer - as was the case during a project in a Siberian Coal Mine, the highest levels of quality for all the parts are the highest priority, - made in Germany.

Curve going, extendable conveyor systems for tunneling
Conveyor extension is a core idea of H+E systems and the most economical solution during continual operation. Our extendable conveyor system transports the excavated material to the tunnel entry and speeds up tunnel advance.
Our extendable system is supplied by a space-saving conveyor belt storage system. Vertical storage towers facilitate a high level of storage capacity even in the most cramped conditions.

Our range of products and services also includes stacking systems for the optimal stacking of bulky materials. These are supplied and assembled by us and attuned to the demands of the object and the requirements on location.
We use vertical conveyors to shift material vertically via shaft to ground level.

Bunker belt conveyor, moveable belt conveyor, reversible belt conveyor and tunnel belt conveyors which can handle particularly tight curves of less than 200 meters through by the use of booster drive technology - intermediate drives that reduce the force acting upon the conveyor belt before curves.
We are familiar with the typical sequence of operations for tunnel construction. We are therefore in the position of being able to optimally fit our belt conveyor belts to the tunnel advance. This saves time, as well as the budget of our customers!
